The most important meal of the day

This is what I had for lunch today. I am a paragon of healthy living.

Remember the intricate "Bood" philosophy that you formed with Eric circa 1996?

Dang. I don't remember bood. I wonder if Eric remembers bood.

Bood Refresher: You have three to five dollars to your name. It is late afternoon - the dinner hour is at your throat. Your kitchen is bare, and I do mean BARE: your dinner options consist of salt or oven mitts. Your could spend that 3-5 bucks on food or beer, but not both. So you buy a six pack of beer (the $2.99 six pack existed in North Dakota, remember?) and drink it for dinner. Bood. It's not food, but it is dinner.

Ah, yes. I now remember bood. It was so quickly followed up by macaroni and cheese and beer that I had forgotten.
