Dancing the polka with Miss El Cajon
the bits about travelers were nice but just the name "starpotle casino" made me laughP.S. thanks for getting me in your spanish video...now i'm famous!
Aw, c'mon...I was amused by several lines, especially the "Frenchy children's literature" and the "wave to my casino as it floats past." And also by the fact that the link went to a TV station that's practically local for me! I'm a mere 40+ miles away from getting that channel, living as I do in the same town as the most famous corporate Gallo.
Eric -- That was the line that amused me most. It's not surprising that you liked it since it was inspired by a conversation you and I had last summer. When we were in Boundary Waters you looked out across the lake and said: "This place is OK, I guess, but it really needs a few condos over there."
Wow, I thought something VERY similar when I was in the Boundary Waters (as a teenager).I kept expecting to see houses on the edges of the lakes...Congrats on being the most famous Welsh-Speaking Chris Cope on the internet, by the way.
I, too, liked the starpotle line.Sincerely,The most dashing John P. Wise on the Upper East Side
